What stays on your computer

Your footage, recordings, projects, scripts, renders and style memory are kept on your computer by the Zancut app. We don't upload them to our servers and we can't see them.

What we keep

• Your account: name, email, and your phone number if you give it.
• Your plan and payments: the months you have, and payments we record (amount, method and reference).
• Requests: what you send us from the website form, the contact page or Renew in the app.
• Sign-ins: which devices are signed in, and when they were last used.
• Usage counts: how many videos you start and whether they finished, to run your plan. Not their content.
• Problem reports: when something goes wrong, the app sends a short report (what failed, your app version and operating system) so we can fix it. A bug report you send yourself may include a screenshot and a log, only if you choose to add them.

Services that see part of your work

• Claude (Anthropic): the AI runs on your own Claude account. What the AI reads (your words, notes and frames of your video) goes from your computer to Anthropic under your account and their terms.
• Google Gemini: only when you use the AI voice, or transcription in Bangla and some other languages. The audio or text goes through our server to Google to be processed.
• Stock and sound libraries (Pexels, Pixabay, Openverse and others): only the words you search for.
• Email and messaging: we email you sign-in codes, and your requests reach our team through Telegram.

We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you use Zancut. Ask us and we delete your account and what we keep about you, except payment records we must keep by law.

• See, correct or delete what we keep about you: contact us.
• Turn off or clear style memory in the app, under Profile.
• Sign out a device at any time.
